I only need to enter tasks a few times per week. My staff does not check it every day because there is usually nothing new there. Therefore QBO should should send an automatic e-mail to the staff member telling them there is a new task they need to work on. Then it would be a useful tool. Otherwise it’s a pain to enter the task and then have to e-mail my staff member to notify them. If there were auto e-mail I would use it much more often!
