But my reports still show the old charges from an account that I deleted. It was a personal account that was uploaded by accident. I can’t get rid of the charges.

Hi Sir! I have a client, before he’s using Bank of America but now he change his bank to Chase. May I ask if how can I zero out the balances of the old bank accounts from BoA without affecting the new bank accounts using QBO? Thank you!
