  1. Hi! i hope my question be answered, can i re do all the month ends from May? My client wasnt able to check their books thats why it was weird. Can i use the reconcile app?

    1. I will do this video, but it might not be really soon. I think gusto has a video showing you how to do it though! Maybe contact their support if you can’t find it?

  3. Do you have any videos about QBD? Before anyone asks why I still use QBD, it’s because of the inventory capability, so don’t come after me!

    1. Totally fine to stick with desktop! The Inventory capabilities are superior with that version. I don’t touch desktop much and probably won’t on this channel, so check out Hector Garcia’s channel! He does a lot of desktop videos!

    1. Nothing. But reconciling is very important to make sure your books match what your bank reality is. It helps catch errors or accidental duplicates or missing transactions. It’s best practice.

  4. Clara, I am a NEW treasurer for a SMALL church. Under 200 people. So from what I understand, I have two individuals on payroll one the pastor and two the cleaning lady. I will be writing checks to missionaries and pay utilities and such. We just reviewed the budget. The prior Treasurer kept records manually so this is going to be a bit labor intensive for me to set everything up in Quickbooks. Plus tracking donations per individual. Which version do I want to try? Not sure if I need basic or the next version. The church has Quickbooks 2015 on their laptop. Is this no longer workable? I really need some direction as I peruse your tutorials.
