  1. I have a 1990 gold top w the natural sides and back. Best guitar ive ever played. Would never sell it.

    1. Also know that bullion gold front, back and sides was a standard finish on the 90’s and 91 Classics. The 30th anniversary Les Paul that was issued in 1991 was actually the three pickup SG style and were done in the TV yellow colour. The Les Paul 30th Anniversary Gold Tops were issued in 1982. And the Gibson Custom Shop would not be in operation for another two years yet. Don’t forget the refret either.

  3. I always wonder how many of the folks drooling over the sound of this and other LP Classics also like to bash ceramic pickups at the same time… the 496R/500T in these (and my ’91 StudioLite) are wicked fun.

  4. Hello, May I ask what you paid?

I own a 1990 Bullion Gold Top, exactly like your guitar. But, it’s a 1990’s with a low 4 digit serial number 0 174 and it’s i great condition as well.
    Thank You 🙏
