  1. He was a resident of Wolf Creek, Josephine County, Oregon.
  2. On December 24, 2017, he allegedly tried to strangle his then-girlfriend after he saw that another man had texted her. He was charged with felony battery constituting domestic violence.
  3. In 2019, he held his then-girlfriend captive inside her apartment in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, USA for two weeks. He was initially charged with five felonies, including assault and battery.
  4. In August 2021, he reached a deal with Clark County prosecutors to plead guilty to felony and misdemeanor battery. He was sentenced to one to 2 years and 6 months in prison but he had already spent 2 years in jail awaiting trial.
  5. On October 18, 2021, he was released from custody by prison officials in Nevada.
  6. He allegedly kidnapped, tortured and tried to murder Justine Siemens, who was found bound and severely beaten on January 24, 2023 in Grants Pass, Josephine County. He and Siemens had a prior relationship.
  7. On January 26, 2023, he was staying on family property in Wolf Creek, which was raided by Grants Pass Police Department officers, Josephine County Sheriff’s Office deputies, members of the Oregon State Police‘s special weapons and tactics (SWAT) team and Federal Bureau of Investigation agents. He managed to escape but officer seized his car and arrested Tina Marie Jones, then 68, for hindering prosecution in the raid.
  8. On January 27, 2023, police offered a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest and prosecution. 
  9. On January 30, 2023, he was seen walking a dog in Grants Pass.
  10. On January 31, 2023, he hid under a house in Grants Pass surrounded by law enforcement. After an hour-long standoff, he shot himself and was taken to the hospital where he later died. He died at age 36.
